About Us
At Hillenmeyer Christmas Shop we look to the past for inspiration, referencing a time when Christmas was less about artificial consumption and more about genuine experience—family, nostalgia, and decking the halls with natural gifts of the winter season. We want to share the warmth of a fire, the fresh scent of greenery and cider, and the cheer that is the real spirit of Christmas. We share our family’s traditions with the wish that we can become part of yours.

Choose from our rich collection of fresh greenery, wreaths, ribbon and garland, or let one of our talented designers create a custom arrangement for your season. This year we are excited for our new home at the Henry Clay Estate, Ashland, where we invite you to enjoy all our shop has to offer on its historic grounds. Come for a tree but linger for the experience.
Products
Our family's tradition of the Christmas experience—with fresh trees, a live manger and original sleigh—goes back 72 years. With our shop, we carry these traditions forward. We specialize in choice trees, fresh garland, berries, branches, and lush wreaths. Our signature boxwood collection, unique ribbon and greenery offerings, and our distinctive custom arrangements grant the fine touches that make holiday décor feel like home. Our beloved manger animals will greet you on weekends at our Ashland shop. We share our own favorite things, including the nostalgic spirit of the Christmas shop itself, hoping they too become yours.
